He brings a rare blend of strategic foresight and operational depth, having served in Group and Regional CHRO roles spanning India and countries in the Mediterranean – Middle East region, working closely with Boards, CEOs, and promoters on business strategy, organization design, leadership capacity building and succession.
With a sharp eye for adjacencies and value levers, Vikram has shaped long-term expansion strategies to create exponential growth by introducing AI and automation, rationalizing cost structures, and building top-tier leadership teams. His contributions have been instrumental in several marquee M&A transactions—including the acquisition and integration of insurance, cement, and renewable energy businesses—where he has driven post-merger synergy realization through culture integration, talent strategy, and governance frameworks.

Vikram joins Teesta after a transformative tenure as the Group CHRO and strategic advisor to the Chairman of the Adani Group, spanning 20+ large Businesses and 200,000 people, where he had an enriching experience of incubations, acquisitions, restructuring and quantum growth at pace and at a global scale.
Prior to that, he held leadership roles at HSBC India, AIG (Mediterranean, Middle East and South Asia region), Inchcape Plc (Dubai), ANZ Grindlays Bank, and the Indian Hotels Company.
Vikram holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and has completed advanced executive programs at the Harvard Business School and the Ashridge Business School.
